  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Work will only commence upon written acceptance of the quote and agreement of terms.

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quotation if costs, material availability, or scope of work change before the project starts.

5. Payments and Invoicing

  • Payments are due in accordance with the agreed terms in writing or on invoices.

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold completion if payments are delayed or disputed without valid legal cause.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Consumers (individual clients) may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but these may not apply once work or material preparation has begun.

  • For commercial clients, cancellations will be subject to charges for materials, time, and loss of opportunity.

  • No refunds will be offered once services have been substantially performed unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, reputation, delays, or loss of opportunity.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific services.

  • We do not accept liability for:

    • Acts or omissions of subcontractors or third-party suppliers;

    • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, planning permissions, or force majeure;

    • Existing structural defects or hidden faults not visible or disclosed at time of inspection.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You have authority to request works at the property;

  • You have disclosed all known issues that may affect the works;

  • You will provide clear access and uninterrupted time for our team to carry out services;

  • You understand that minor damage (e.g. to paintwork, plaster, landscaping) may occur during construction or repair works.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, images, and code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy any content without our written permission.
